1. Service Scope
Shengshang Tech provides project operations agency, project R&D agency, and self-developed project operation services for mobile apps and mobile games.
Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 25, 2026. These terms govern the use of services and products delivered by Shengshang Tech to partners and end users.
2. Developer Policy and Platform Adaptation
2.1 Developer Policy Conformance
Products and services must follow applicable developer policies, including data handling disclosures, content restrictions, and secure software practices.
2.2 Google Play and App Store Adaptation
Services are delivered with adaptation requirements for Google Play and Apple App Store review processes, metadata quality, policy declarations, and store-side compliance maintenance.
3. Monetization Platform Adaptation
Monetization implementations including subscriptions, in-app items, premium features, VIP services, and advertising must satisfy platform and regional policies.
3.1 Compliance Obligations
Partners agree to maintain truthful disclosures, lawful payment implementation, anti-fraud controls, and ad-policy compliant configurations.
4. Global Privacy and Security Adaptation
Service participants must comply with global privacy obligations where products are available, including notice, consent, rights response, and cross-border transfer requirements.
4.1 Security Baseline
Reasonable technical and organizational security controls are required, including least-privilege access, transport encryption, and incident response procedures.
5. Global Age Management Adaptation
Products distributed through our services must implement age management controls, including age ratings, child/teen safeguards, and parental consent mechanisms where legally required.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified by contract, each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Deliverables and rights allocation are defined by signed project agreements.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
Services are provided in accordance with project scope and practical commercial standards. Policy or legal changes from platforms and jurisdictions may require adaptation timelines and implementation updates.
